Description:What is this class about? This class will help your child to improve on their balance, flexibility and strength while building basic ballet and tumbling skills with mommy.

Description: What is this class about? During ballet your child will learn basic ballet moves and terminology. Tap is an upbeat class that will help your child to gain rhythm. During Acrobatics they will work on basic balance, flexibility and strength gaining skills.

Description:What is this class about? During ballet your child will learn ballet moves and terminology. They will begin working on proper body alignment as well. Tap is an upbeat class that will help your child to gain rhythm and coordination. Jazz will focus on isolations of the body with sharp precise movements to fast paced music. During Acrobatics they will work on basic gymnastics floor skills to improve balance, flexibility and strength.

Learning the difference between jazz and ballet body placement for leaps and turns. During Acrobatics they will work on building their gymnastics floor skills for continued improvement in these skills; balance, flexibility and strength.

Description: What is this class about? It will teach technique in kicks, leaps, jumps and turns. It will help improve strength and flexibility while also improving dance team choreography skills.

Class Length: Beginner and Intermediate Acrobatics classes are one hour.
Description: What is this class about? Both classes will work on basic tumbling moves used in acrobatic dance. We will incorporate hand balancing skills, contortion skills, and acrobatic skills. These moves will help improve their balance, flexibility and strength. Any level is welcome for beginner acrobatics. Intermediate acrobatics must be able to do a handstand, front walk over and back walk over. Advanced levels will work on power tumbling skills in addition to the above listed skills.

Type of Dance: Pre-Pointe moving towards entry level pointe
Class Length: One hour
Description: What is this class about? This class will work on foot and ankle exercises as well as core stabilizing drills to prepare the experienced dancer for pointe shoes. Each class will include barre, center floor and traveling combinations. Per the instructors approval, each child will be advised when they can move to pointe shoes.

Type of Dance: Combo Class - Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Acrobatics (acrobatics is not included for intermediate students). Each child in the class will receive a specific invitation to what classes they are recommended to register for.
Class Length: Pre-Invitational two hours with (4) 30 minute segments of each genre listed above. Beginner and Intermediate Invitational two hours with one hour ballet class and (2) thirty minute segments of Jazz and Tap.
Description: What is this class about? This class is for experienced dancers and are invite only. During ballet your child will continue to learn and build upon ballet moves and terminology as well as move toward perfecting their skills. They will work towards improving proper body alignment as well. We will begin incorporating pre-pointe into this class. Tap is an upbeat class that will help your child rhythmically and will improve coordination and musicality. They will continue to build upon their tap skill and terminology. Jazz will focus on isolations of the body with sharp precise movements to fast paced music. While differentiating between jazz and ballet body placement. They will learn new turning and leaping skills as well as perfect basic turning and leaping movements. During Acrobatics they will work on basic tumbling moves used in acrobatic dance. These moves will help improve their balance, flexibility and strength. Intermediate acrobatics must be able to do a handstand as well as a standing back bend and recover.

Competition Team
Ages: 5-18
Type of Dance: Ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theater, contemporary, modern, lyrical, acrobatics and pointe
Class Length: Class length ranges per team member. Each team member will take between 2-4 hours per night for two nights a week. Exact times are subject to placement.
Description: What is this class about? Each team member is required to take technique classes in ballet, tap, hip hop, flexibility, conditioning, stage presence, acrobatics, turns and leaps. They are also required to take a 30 minute class per week for each routine they are placed in.

COMPETITIVE DANCE
From beginner to advanced, the TNT Competitive Dance Team offers our students the chance to perform regionally as well as nationally. We have 4 teams: Beginner, Intermediate, Jr. Elite and Teen Competitive. These teams compete in many genres of dance including lyrical, contemporary, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theater and acrobatics. The TNT Competitive Team has won numerous awards including overall first, entertainment, choreography, technique, judges choice, category cup, and more! The team has received numerous scholarships as well.
The staff at TNT will not only instruct your child in dance but will also instill confidence as well as work ethic in a loving environment. Each child will move at their own pace as we motivate them to reach their fullest potential.

Practice: Weekend Rehearsal before each Competition
Experience: Beginner to Advanced
Required Classes: Technique Classes in ballet, tap, hip hop, acrobatics, turns and leaps. They also must participate in conditioning, flexibility and conditioning classes as well as classes for each routine they are placed in.
Dances: Each student will have the opportunity to audition for 5 genres of dance and will then be placed into group routines or be chosen for a solo and or duet/trio.
Rules: All members of the TNT Competitive Team must attend the summer clinic and audition. Once chosen, they are required to attend classes twice a week. We also have a strict attendance policy as it is a team commitment.

BEGINNER’S GUIDE FOR PARENTS
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW TO GET STARTED
TOUR: Contact our office to schedule a tour and receive more information.
EXPERIENCE: We have classes for all levels, beginner to advanced. Recreational classes are all beginner level. Invitational classes are invite only and are a stepping stone between recreational and competitive. Competitive students range in experience levels and must audition for the TNT team.
ALL AGES: We have classes for all ages, 18 months to Adult.
BOYS TOO? We have classes for both boys and girls.
TYPES OF DANCE CLASSES: We have classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acrobatics, musical theater, contemporary and pointe. Please look at our class description page for more details.
WHEN TO JOIN? Our dance season begins in September and runs through early June. We have two performances throughout the season. Once at Christmas and once in June. Please see our calendar for more information on special and themed weeks.
WHAT TO WEAR AND WHAT SHOES? All classes have specific class attire that they will need to purchase and wear to class.
HOW TO PAY: Payments for classes includes everything except class supplies and can be either drafted out monthly, per semester or pay in full at time of registration. Discounts apply to pay per semester and pay in full options. We also offer sibling discounts.

POLICIES & DRESS CODE
POLICIES
You must register online for classes. All students will then see our office to set up payments as well as be fitted for class supplies.
All students must wear the appropriate attire for each class and have hair pulled out of face. Please label all dance supplies and bring extra items in a dance bag. Please be on time to class.
Late fees of $10 (if paid after the 25th of the month) will apply if more than 30 days behind and you will also be dropped from the class. If your current form of payment is declined, you will be required to have a second form of payment on file.

How much is class?
Class Fees are dependent upon the hours of dance you take per week. Please see our class description page for details.
Can I try a class without making a commitment?
You may try a class for free as long as you call our office to schedule an appointment. If we have space in the class you want to try then we will set you up for a free trial.
What is included in the price?
Almost everything is included in the price from registration fees and tuition to costume and recital fees. Dance Supplies are not included.
What if I have more than one kid?

The price will be determined by what class you choose to take. We do offer sibling discounts. Please call our office for more details.
We have a wide range of classes and times, you will most likely be able to find a class on the same day and or time for siblings. Please see our class description page.
I am a beginner, what class can I take?
Any of our recreational classes are beginner level classes. These classes are broken down by age and current school grade.
My child is a little older but never taken dance before. Do you have a class for them?
Yes! We have beginner level classes for all ages. All of our recreational classes are split by age and current grade level.
How many kids are in one class?
On average we have 6-12 students per class. We choose to max out our classes at 12 students per/class.
Can I take more than one class?
Yes! If you sign up for more than one class, add on class discounts will apply. Please contact our office for pricing details.
Are you closed when schools are closed? Holidays, snow days, summer, etc.?
We begin our dance season the day after Labor Day and finish our season after Spring Recital, in early June. We do have summer camps and clinics available during July and August. We are closed for Thanksgiving week, Christmas break, Spring break, Halloween and Memorial Day. For inclement weather, we try and follow school closings but for more accuracy please stay tuned to our Facebook page for daily updates.
Group emails will also be sent out for and closings that may happen due to inclement weather.
